This counts for any one small space - parkways, tiny Chicago yards, small beds, etc. Reach out with dimensions and/or a picture if you’re unsure where you fit!

• 40-minute site walk-through to discuss your vision and set goals

• Custom Plants and Materials List

  • A personally selected list of native plants - complete with photos - chosen for both your individual site conditions (sun, soil, moisture level, etc.) and your personal preferences. Alse includes a mulch estimate.

• PDFs of line drawings of the space in question - one with a 1’x1’ grid for planning a matrix planting and one without.

• Installation and Maintenance Guide

  • Step-by-step instructions for designing, installing, and maintaining your meadow with added personalized instruction when needed. These instructions are written with matrix design in mind.

• One in person follow-up assessment within a year of purchase (and you can always text or email with questions!)

Add Ons:

• Plants - varies; priced per plant

  • The plants on the plant list I provide can be purchased from me. Native plants can be difficult to source - especially all at once - so this is strongly suggested.

• Landscape Design - starts at $600

  • A landscape design pdf (price valid for matrix designs only)

• Additional In-person Follow-Ups - $150 each

  • I will come by the site to see how things are progressing (or to check out any problems you may be having). Includes a written assessment with next steps.
